Data is encrypted in transit between your browser, Ledgent, and the platforms you connect, such as Xero and QuickBooks Online.
Access to your account is restricted to your authorised users. Internally, access to customer data is limited to what's needed to run and support the service.
Ledgent runs on reputable hosting infrastructure with regular review of our systems and dependencies.
Ledgent never sees your Xero or QuickBooks password — authorisation happens directly on their own sign-in page. You can disconnect at any time.
Ledgent creates bills and expenses for you to review — it never initiates a payment or moves money on your behalf.
