What happens to your data afterwards

Disconnecting stops Ledgent syncing straight away. Anything already written to your Xero or QuickBooks ledger — bills, attachments, contacts — stays exactly where it is; that's your ledger, and disconnecting Ledgent never removes or alters it. Data held inside Ledgent itself (processed receipts, invoices, account history) is kept under our standard retention period so you can reconnect without losing history. If you'd like that data deleted sooner, email support@ledgent.co.uk and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days.
